Prudential American Heritage can provide you with a list of area foreclosed homes.  We can also provide you with a list of short sale properties.  A short sale is a sale of real estate in which the proceeds from the sale fall short of the balance owed on the loan.  Please indicate in the comment section of this form which type of property you are interested in (or both).
